The first step is to call us and speak to us. This will be an informal chat which can happen face-to-face with one of our senior carers or over the phone with one of our office team, whichever you prefer. We can answer any questions you have and address any fears or worries that may be bothering you.
From there, we’ll work with you, your family and other healthcare professionals to create a bespoke care plan that is designed specifically to meet your needs and routines. We’ll use this document to clarify the level of support you need and to agree upon your expectations of the care we’ll provide.
Don’t worry if your needs start to change. Whether things are getting easier and you need us to do less or if things have become harder and you need more support, we at Clarendon Home Care pride ourselves on the flexibility and adaptability of our care packages.
